Sushi-Set

Sushi is an edible work of art. The pieces can be placed onto this delicate square porcelain platter likes rocks in a

Zen garden.

They are framed with bowls and jars, which, when placed on top of each other, are reminiscent of Asian pagodas.

 

The gari (ginger) and wasabi (green horseradish) bowls can be placed in the well in the centre of the platter. All jars can also be arranged individually and soy sauce can be poured directly into the vacant well in the centre.

In addition to the jars for ginger and wasabi, there are also a large cup, a bowl and a smaller cup for sake. The sake cup can also be used as a lid for the larger cup, keeping hot beverages warm.
